Freedom For Your Lifestyle
I am excited that you have taken this step towards the journey of self-discovery and self-fulfillment. I look forward to partnering with you as you focus and move toward that which matters most to you. Perhaps you will discover and do things that you’ve always wanted to do. AUTONOMY can help you do that: find purpose, direction, and fulfillment for a better life.
Perhaps you will discover that you are fine just the way you are though you have been struggling with external views, expectations, and demands on your life. In this case, I support Clients through self-acceptance, which leads to greater fulfillment and genuine happiness.
I believe that everything you desire is already within you. Even when unexpected circumstances get in the way of reaching your goals and your desires, Coaching can get you back on track.
I am offering you a unique opportunity to simultaneously work towards removing obstacles while creating and moving towards the fulfillment of your life’s dreams. Removing obstacles often leads to healing, growth, and self-discovery.
We will begin right where you are with a conversation. You do not have to know what you want at this time or know how to get there. We will simply start the process of discovery with a conversation.
Remember, it’s your life, your vision, your journey.
Let’s get started!
Autonomy is about a person's ability to act on his or her own values and interests. In order to do these things, the autonomous person must have a sense of self-worth and self-respect. Self-knowledge is also important, including a well-developed understanding of what matters to him or her. This is important for stable relationships. Autonomy and independence become less of an issue because you share your goals and dreams with that other person, and you don't want to change direction and take a break on your own. You're in it together, and (paradoxically) together you are independent. You are two people with the freedom to love one another.
Here are five tips to help you keep your independence while maintaining a healthy relationship:
Have your own space. Being together doesn't mean you have to give up being alone.
Keep your own hobbies & interests.
Stand your ground.
Speak openly when you disagree.
Orchestrate Your Life
Do you have a minor or major life change? Do you need guidance on how to orchestrate your life based on those changes? Autonomy can work for you whether the change is your career, relationship, location or loss. Autonomy is self-guidance; freedom to act or function independently while empowering you, the individual. Just breathe, Autonomy will work for you.
