Your Life. Your Vision. Your Journey.

Remember, it’s your journey!
Hi! I am Sandra.
I am a wife, a mom, and a grandmother. In a world that challenges family values, I know firsthand the stress it places on fathers, mothers, and children. With a background in psychology, I continue to study ways to help others through personal growth mentoring. I am currently a member of the National Council on Family Relations while studying neurofeedback. I strive to better myself every day, so I can help others to do the same. I am here to listen, understand what you want from life, see your vision, and, most importantly, follow your journey.
I retired my business after 25 years of private practice. For this reason, I understand the stress of juggling life and career. No matter who you are or what you do, it can happen: we feel stuck. Let me walk with you. I’ve been there. I understand.
I combine motivational interviewing with a client-centered approach to support you in your exploration and desire to develop, change, and grow.
I have my own experience with this journey.
I have endured many challenges and believe those moments allow me to connect with others, including you better. I meet you right where you are with no judgment and offer my total support. You can feel safe to explore and find solutions. I partner with you to carefully and thoughtfully craft appropriate interventions for your success.
I live in Southeast Texas with my husband, Austin. We have four grown children and four grandchildren. I love to read; and, I write children’s books.
I consider it a privilege and my duty to serve others, especially you!
"I wish I had learned this earlier on in my life."
